ABOUT
Stephen leverages his multidisciplinary background in psychophysiology, cognitive systems engineering, and virtual production to engineer experiences and technologies that enhance both human and machine perception. His current research utilizes extended reality (XR) technologies, such as augmented reality (AR) and virtual reality (VR), to enhance human-robot task performance, communication, and teaming. Stephen has also contributed his multidisciplinary expertise to digital and 3D productions at several studios, such as Tyto and OmniVoid, for film, immersive, and simulation applications.
Well developed abilities in applying principles of cognition to optimize robotic systems and UI/UX for augmented, mixed, and virtual reality. Experienced in the development of virtual simulations, data visualizations, mobile applications, and multimedia content.
